To Alan’s Future Clients:
Eight months ago, my husband and I decided to put our house on the market. Up until six months ago, we had received no offers. On recommendation from a family member, we hired Alan to be our realtor and in less than one month, he had secured an offer that we were happy with and our house was sold.
Although that pretty much says it all, it doesn’t say enough, not nearly enough. We are completely happy with the dealings we had with Alan and he not only got the job done, but was a pleasure to work with…..for many reasons. We found Alan to be totally professional, knowledgeable, personable, dependable, agreeable, punctual, results-oriented, creative, responsive, willing to negotiate, a great communicator and a very nice guy.
We were told today by another realtor that he was the most professional guy to work with as the paper work and documents for our transaction was completely in order when it needed to be…….a great compliment from a peer.
We would, with no hesitation, recommend Alan MacMullen to any of our friends or family members.

To whom it may concern, Right from the beginning I knew Alan was the right real estate agent to sell our home. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and managed to bring my husband and me an offer in less than 24 hours of our home being listed.
Alan was available according to our schedule and showed us the correct price we should list our home at. Obviously, he knew what he was doing because an offer came in so quickly and we received the price we needed for our home. Alan is a professional. He works extremely hard for his clients, at least myself and my husband Steve. He took the extra steps with us to make sure we would be happy and comfortable with any transaction we would make with the sale of our former home and purchase of our new home. He took the time to pay attention to detail and listen to our needs. In fact, it made what is generally a very stressful time virtually painless. I would like to take a minute personally thank you on behalf of both Cherie and I for being such an integral part of the construction of our new home in Kingswood North over the past several months. Originally, we toyed with the idea of being our own General Contractors and to try and handle the majority of the paperwork ourselves, but we quickly realized how much work in involved how little we actually knew. Without your guidance and expertise we would still be struggling with the closing our new home. More specifically, there were several occasions during the building process when you examined building codes, government regulations, deadlines and various accounting items that Cherie and I would have missed without you. While making important decisions about the overall construction of the home, we needed somebody to manage the whole project behind the scenes which you did without us even asking. If we had a question about something, you had it at your fingertips! To us, this was such an important element because it ended up saving us time and headaches. We learned a lot during this entire process through our own experiences and through the knowledge and advice that you provided us with.
